My Volvo s60 AWD 2003 caught fire the other day in less than 2 minutes of being in the car. It was shocking and the dealer is going to do nothing to fix it. I have experienced two blow-outs on my Michelin 225 50R17 tires at the 30,000 mile point on my Volvo S-80. One tire blew out while sitting in my garage. The other blew when I hit is small bump on the street. Since they were ruled road hazard You got screwed by Volvo like I did same problem. There is a Fuel module that Volvo charges 450$ to buy (no Labour). You are getting ripped off. I called Volvo these modules fail and they hold the consumer accountable for their engineering mistake Sorry about the Volvo issues Brandon,, Check out my last message (Mark Cia) Lots of electrical problems with these vehicles. I had to replace a PEM unit Module 700. $ This module is located near the gas Tank where it is subjected to the outer Volvo S60 won't start. Fuel Delivery problems (PEM Fuel Control Unit Part # 30769225)This is Part of the letter which I sent Volvo Canada. They do not Care for you the consumer/customers.
