My 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee looses almost all power steering when moderate to heavy brake pressure is applied, why? please help. Steering fluid leak, so got the pump replaced along with serpentine belt and hose. Now when I turn steering wheel to the right it makes a honking noise coming from steering column.
