I DO NOT HAVE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT FORD IS CHARGING TO FIX THIS ISSUES THAT THEY HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN READING ! THEIR HAS BEEN PEOPLE THAT ARE RETAPPING WHERE THE PLUGS ARE GOING INTO ONLY TO HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO ANOTHER SPARK PLUG ! FORD F-250 2000 car safety problem was reported on Oct 24, 2012.FORD F-250 2000, manufactured by Ford Motor Company had a problem with ENGINE . THIS IS MY THIRD PROBLEM WITH THE SAME TRUCK. THE SPARK PLUGS HAVE BEEN BLOWN OUT OF THE HEAD. EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM HAPPEN I HAD TAKEN IT TO A SHOP AND THEY HAVE FIXED IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO THREE DIFF. PLUGS, NOT THE SAME ONE. THIS LAST TIME THAT THIS HAPPENED THE SHOP TOLD ME THAT THE PLUG STRIPPED IT OUT SO BAD THAT IT CANT BE FIXED AND THAT I NEED A NEW HEAD OR ENGINE. I HAVE BEEN READING ALOT ABOUT THIS AND NOTHING IS HAPPEN, SO I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD REPORT IT AS WELL. *TR.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 180000 miles. SINCE 2006 AND BEFORE, I HAVE HAD UNEXPLAINED INCIDENCES OF BATTERY FAILURES AND DASHBOARD WARNINGS. THE WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED IN 2006 AT MY REQUEST. MY BATTERY WAS REPLACED IN 2006. I ALSO HAD A TEMPORARY ENGINE SHUTDOWN ABOUT THIS TIME. I HAD BATTERY REPLACEMENT IN 2009 AND 2012. ON 11/02/2012 I ATTEMPTED TO START MY F250 ONLY TO DISCOVER ABOUT A PINT OF WATER IN THE FLOOR TRAY. I JUMP STARTED, CONTINUED THE TRIP ONLY TO DISCOVER THE HEATER FAN STILL OPERATING! AFTER FURTHER CHECKS, MY FORD DEALER PROVIDED A TSB 04-23-9 WHICH HAD NO WARNING OF THE POTENTIAL ELECTRONIC MALFUNCTIONS OR DAMAGES AND NOT MAILED TO ME. I HAD THE DEFECT CORRECTED BY A LOCAL SHOP AND FORD WAS MAILED MY COMPLAINT ON 11/28/2012 AND HAVE RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH MAILING FOR SERVICE AND FORD SHOULD HAVE BEEN REQUIRED TO INFORM ME. .0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 50684 miles. FORD F-250 2000 car safety problem was reported on Sept 04, 2012.FORD F-250 2000, manufactured by Ford Motor Company had a problem with ENGINE . I HAVE A 2000 FORD F-250 WITH A V-10 ENGINE. I HAVE HAD 5 OF MY 10 SPARK PLUGS BLOW OUT IN THE LAST YEAR. 4 OF THEM REQUIRED A HELO-COIL REPLACEMENT AT A COST OF ABOUT $1,600.00 TOTAL. THE SPARK PLUGS BLOW OUT WITHOUT WARNING RIPPING THE THREADS OUT OF THE HEADS, RENDERING THE TRUCK USELESS. IN THAT LAST INCIDENT I WAS TOWING A CAMPER WHEN IT BLEW LEAVING ME IN AN EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS POSITION. I CAN NOT EMPHASIZE HOW DANGEROUS THIS PROBLEM IS. FORD TELLS ME I NOW NEED NEW HEADS AT A COST OF ABOUT $5,000.00. FORDS STATES THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, EVEN THOUGH THEIR HAVE BEEN THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS FOR THIS ISSUE. THEY TELL ME THAT IT IS UP TO THE NHTSA TO MAKE A RECALL. AND UNTIL THEY DO NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE..... THIS IS NOT A BLOWN MUFFLER OR A BLOWN WINDSHIELD WIPER. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS YET NOTHING IS BEING DONE.
