Dodge Durango 4x4 2007 TiresDodge Durango 4x4 2007 Tires Review #10211526 DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007 car safety problem was reported on Dec 12, 2007.DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007, manufactured by DAIMLERCHRYSLER CORPORATION had a problem with TIRES . i bought a car "dodge durango limited" from dodge dealer "united motors" in riyadh, saudi arabia back in oct 29th , 2007. the problems with this car started since i bought it. since i bought the car, i started to feel vibrations in at the steering and a high pitch sound at the front to the degree that i could not wait for the 5000 km maintenance and i needed to take it at the 3500 km for fixing this problem. the other problem was that the rear window driver's switch was not working. the report from maintenance was the need for wheel balance and they said that they fixed it, software upgrade done for the sound, but they apologized about the rear window with no further action. after receiving the car i still had the problem of vibration but i brought it again at the 5000 km for the general maintenance and the same problem of vibration. this time the dealer provided me with a letter to goodyear tires as an expert opinion. the goodyear dealer provided me with a report (attached) that the tires are defective with flat spots due to storage, need to be changed and advised to get and approval from dodge dealership. first, i met with mr. ali m. radaideh and his words were as follows: · "we do not take the words of goodyear dealership and we have to make our own investigation" this was already done and they tried their best twice. · "your tires are safe and can be driven for even one year". this conflicts with the words of goodyear dealership and really endangers me and my family's safety. at this point, i needed to escalate to the general manager, "mr. faisal aljamaan" with the following words and behavior: · "dodge and goodyear are pointing fingers to each other and you need to wait till we resolve this". · he threatened me" to lose a lot of money" when i mentioned the option of returning the car. *tr thank you and best regards *tr .Dodge Durango 4x4 2007 problem was reported in RIYADH, 00. Dodge Durango 4x4 2007 Engine And Engine CoolingDodge Durango 4x4 2007 Engine And Engine Cooling Review #10324970 DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007 car safety problem was reported on Mar 16, 2010.DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007, manufactured by CHRYSLER GROUP LLC had a problem with ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING . i have a 2007 dodge durango limited that i purchased new 07/28/07from kari dodge chrysler jeep, 1177 us hwy 2 e, kalispell, mt 59901. it is still under warranty; this will expire 07/28/10. since about march 1st, 2010 it has been stalling and lunging at low speeds; which my husband and i thought was condensation in the gas line, but it finally died on the oncoming lane of traffic 03/16/10. so i call kari dodge 03/17/10 and reported the problem. i brought it into kari dodge 03/18/10 and they claim the fixed the problem, so i picked it up and drove it through the weekend. on 03/22/10 i called kari again and reported to them the durango is still stalling/hesitating/lunging. i brought it in again 03/23/10 and by the time i got to work and kari 17 miles later i was just shaking and sick to my stomach. so far the durango has been in and out of kari dodge three times and will go in again 04/12/10. each time they call me they say it's ready. i pick it up and continues to stall and lunge. they claim several people have driven it and even their service manger, mike, could not get the durango to do what we say it's doing. my husband and i have once again driven the durango all weekend after kari dodge has said it is ready and is totally unacceptable. we had a friend drive it today and it did the very same thing we are saying it does. the durango has a major problem. i'm scared to drive it. we (my husband and i )could be in a very serious accident or be rear ended. i have a case number started with chrysler customer assistance center #[xxx] and i have also logged a complaint with the ftc -ref#[xxx]. i have kept a pretty good journal this past month in regards to kari dodge and my durango. they can't seem to fix the problem. kari dodge always asks me it the check engine light comes on----it does not. kari dodge also always asks me if i warm it up every morning- i always do. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr.Mileage was 13768 miles. Dodge Durango 4x4 2007 SteeringDodge Durango 4x4 2007 Steering Review #10503736 DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007 car safety problem was reported on Mar 09, 2013.DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007, manufactured by Chrysler Group LLC had a problem with STEERING . brought truck in for engine light on & no power on march 9, 2013...claimed spark plugs put in by manufacturer were 30,000 miles plugs....who does that anymore. while doing the tune up, mechanic noticed fluid dripping. power steering pump was leaking. put new pump in (march 12, 2013) which seemed to be bad. ordered another pump (arrived march 15, 2013) which worked but the rack in pinion steering blew seals on both ends. ordered part which took several days to come in (hopefully march 20, 2013). the mechanic believes the rack in pinion was not right from the beginning. this would account for the front tires wearing quickly & funny. it would also account for the noise heard on the passenger side front end when hitting bumps. both these issues were brought to the dealerships attention prior but nothing was done. claimed they didn't hear the sound when test driving. hopefully this will be resolved today march 20, 2013. this is one of many major problems we have had with this vehicle. at least we were smart & bought the extended warranty when we purchased the vehicle. we now know if we bring the vehicle in for a simple repair, an entire system will be replaced. *tr.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 80000 miles. Dodge Durango 4x4 2007 SteeringDodge Durango 4x4 2007 Steering Review #10614829 DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007 car safety problem was reported on Sept 19, 2013.DODGE DURANGO 4X4 2007, manufactured by Chrysler Group LLC had a problem with STEERING . i bought this vehicle new in 2007. i have only had minor problems until this began. the vehicle idle began fluctuating while sitting still. it would rev to 2000 rpms and drop and nearly stall. it doesn't happen regularly, so i wasn't concerned. then it stalled on my wife in the drive thru. i cleaned the throttle body and replaced all spark plugs and coil packs at around 60000. this had little or no effect. we continued to drive for a few months and then this problem began. my wife called and stated it lost power steering and throttle, but the engine was still running. she turned it off and restarted and everything was fine. i thought she had mistaken because the ac and some gauges will operate if the key is on but engine is off. then it happened while i was driving. i was running 60 mph and it cut out. i lost all power steering and could hear the engine running, but had no power at the accelerator. i shifted to neutral and restarted and everything was fine. in that few seconds, i dropped to 35 mph. had this been on the interstate, it could have been tragic. i checked online because i have no clue what would cause this other than a computer issue and found others have had the same issue. i will be calling my dealer to find a cause. my wife is afraid to drive the vehicle now with our four sons in the car until this is fixed. i completely understand her point. there is no way she will be able to muscle the car to the side of the road if this happens to her. it is only a matter of time until a family is rear ended on the interstate because the vehicle stalls. it's very confusing because the vehicle is running, but no power steering and no response from the accelerator. this vehicle will now be sitting in my garage until a remedy is found. .0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 45000 miles. I have a 2008 Dodge Nitro thats rear driver side light does not work. I have taken it to a mechanic that can't find out why it won't work and have spent 200.00 He thinks it might be in the wiring system . I have also seen other Dodge Nitro same ye Every time it rains heavily the passenger floor gets soaking wet. My car has never been in an accident or any body damage. It is a 2007 Nitro 4X4. Wasn't there a recall years ago for fixing the roof rack assembly? Has anyone else ever had this iss stereo is all static but the cd player works fine...antennae perhaps? I have the same problem. Dodge can't find the problem so they told me to take it. Next week I'm turning it in and go through the lemom law. Very frustrating when you buy the warrrant and they can't fix it. Garrrrrrrrr. Ihave a 95 Dodge Avenger and the 30 Amp starter/ignition fuse keeps blowing. As soon as you turn the key the instrument panel lights are dim and then the fuse blows. I have replaced the starter, cables, ignition switch, fusible link and battery an 2004 Dodge 2500 Ram Truck, Laramie trim package...horn goes off with no one around it - truck is off and parked in the driveway, keys were not touched. power windows won't work pushing window buttons causes the water in fuel lite to come on along with the brake indicator lite and wait to start lite also turning on the a/c heater causes the same thing soon as you release the switches lites go out 2001 Dodge 5.9 cummins going down the road it sputtered 3 times & shut off and will not restart I purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan from Bankston Dodge of Grand Prairie, Texas in May of 2008. Less than 8 months after that (around 12,000 miles) my front brakes went completely out with no indication whatsoever of any problems (The device tha 1995 DODGE NEON 1.6l Feels like it is slipping while driving. with brake pedal depressed car surges, Probably not the door seals. You may have to unstop the two drains that can get filled with debris. The two drains are located in the trough under the grill work that is under the wiper blades. You will need to remove the wiper arms, then remove a '06 dakota - unable to put fuel in gas tank
