Probably not the door seals. You may have to unstop the two drains that can get filled with debris. The two drains are located in the trough under the grill work that is under the wiper blades. You will need to remove the wiper arms, then remove about 5-7 screws that hold the grill work in that is under the wiper arms. Once removed the trough or you could call it a gutter has a drain on each side, like a down spout. These will get clogged and when they do they do not drain, then the the water rises and flows over and into the cabin. Mine did this, took me a while to figure it out as it was intermitenent. Depended on how the van was sitting when it rained.
