2002 Galant. Won't take fuel through the fuel neck at a normal pace. Keeps backing up. Has all emmision and EVAP checked and all are functioning. I replaced fuel filler neck and made sure all vent hoses were clear. What else could it be? I just had my 2002 Montero serviced (a heater issue) and now the car smells of gas and the fuel gauge shows that fuel is going down faster than normal.
