Mitsubishi Montero 1995 Suspension RearMitsubishi Montero 1995 Suspension Rear Review #10228691 MITSUBISHI MONTERO 1995 car safety problem was reported on Sept 07, 2006.MITSUBISHI MONTERO 1995, manufactured by MITSUBISHI MOTORS NORTH AMERICA, INC. had a problem with SUSPENSION:REAR . i have a 1995 montero sr and while i was driving on the highway i smelled oil and when i stopped to check it the rear driver side tire caved in and oil was all over the ground what's left of it any way , the weld on housing the axle assembly was broke any how i tow it home and check it to find out that the teething on the axle inside is gone the fact there is no oil and the seal and the bearing inside the housing is gone , so i called the dealer and told me there is nothing they can do but to change the axle assembly for about little over 5000 dollars ,wow then i started doing some research to find out that other people had the exact same problem which is uncomment to happen on a utility truck in a normal driving condition this truck was never driving off road , any way i called mits company and they gave me no answer and told me to go to the dealer hhh , i am pretty sure that this is a defect , by the way my truck has ben parked for a year and half i still have it hoping to find a cheap axle to replace but i think mits company should replace it . i mean what are the odds so many trucks have the same problem same axle side plus some other engine problems that others had filed complains against mits motors i have them too. *tr.1 person(s) were injured. 1998 3000gt sl, automatic transmission periodically loses power when shifting into passing at 50 to 60 miles per hour. Had transmission rebuilt but the problem is still happening. Any ideas to the cause? 1998 mitsubishi galant seems to be having anti-theft problems. My guess, what the car is doing, is starting up, being able to drive it, but it kind of feels funny, I get to where I'm going, and turn off the car, when I come back, it won't start. I My son has a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer LS with about 120, 000 miles on it. The blend door is stck and i need to find the blend door kit for it. Does a nybody know where i might get it! 2003 Mitsubishi Montero sport, gets cold horn goes off and finally breaks and seems to be on most of the time now. Mitsubishi won't recall to fix their garbage and want to charge you 1K to fix, but that just makes me a 1 time customer. Mitsubi No recall for the knob. There is a recall on the gearing for the air blend door on the airbox under the dash right above the gas pedal. it has improved geometry so you dont have to exert as much force on the knob for the air blend door to move. a mine is broke too. cant change it to defrost mode. just blows out cold air in my face Temp. control knob is broke. the knob to choose from feet defog, etc only turns a little bit. its all jacked up. 2003 lancer i have a 99 mits eclipse GS '99 model and i pushed a latch on the inside of the passenger door and now it wont go back so now the door wont close.. anyone have any ideas how to release it so that my will close thanks much appreciated...
