MAZDA CX9 2010 car safety problem was reported on Feb 07, 2014.MAZDA CX9 2010, manufactured by Mazda North American Operations had a problem with VISIBILITY:SUN ROOF ASSEMBLY . vehicle was parked in a garage (not heated) after traveling approximately 18 miles from work with temperatures in the teens. after being parked in the garage unattended for approximately 10 minutes, the sunroof exploded. the sound could be heard from inside the house. when i investigated, the remaining glass that was still in tact was pointed towards the ceiling of the garage. while taking pictures, the glass continued to crack, pop, and explode into the air and onto the hood of the car. *tr.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mileage was 77500 miles. MAZDA CX9 2010 car safety problem was reported on Mar 09, 2012.MAZDA CX9 2010, manufactured by Mazda North American Operations had a problem with SERVICE BRAKES . my car had unexpected accelerations 3 different times. my brakes would not stop my car. i had a tear in my knee on the last incident in march 2012. my medical bills were around $5,000. mazda kept my car and gave me a rental. but said they could find nothing. i sold the car. i know this dealership had another mazda do the same thing as my car. they told me mazda was aware there was a problem. i hope something is done. i wasn't killed because i was able to get to the grassy areas all 3 times. blowing my horn as a warning to other drivers. i believe my old car was taken to an auction by mazda. and that was a dangerous vehicle. i wish more people would report it. i had another man tell me it happened to him but he didn't report it to any one else accept the dealer. the dealer i use mazda in virginia beach. they have serviced other mazda cx 9's with this issue. they put a band aid on it. they changed the throttle in my new car when it first happened. that did not work. *tr.0 person(s) were injured. 0 person(s) died.Mazda Cx9 2010 problem was reported in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA.
