SUBMISSION FROM CONSTITUENT RE SEVERE INCIDENT COMPLAINT WITH A RENTAL DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE DRIVING, HIS DAUGHTER SUDDENLY STARTED SCREAMING, BECAUSE THE SEAT BELT STARTED RETRACTING. THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO RELEASE THE BELT, SO SCISSORS HAD TO BE USED, TO CUT HIS DAUGHTER OUT OF THE SEAT BELT. HIS DAUGHTER SUSTAINED SCRATCHES AND BRUISES.*JB.1 person(s) were injured.
