WINNEBAGO BRAVE SE 2000 car safety problem was reported on Oct 01, 2008.WINNEBAGO BRAVE SE 2000, manufactured by WINNEBAGO INDUSTRIES, INC. had a problem with SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC . 2000 winnebago brave se on a workhorse chassis. consumer states problems with brakes *tgw the consumer stated both rear wheels were smoking and the brakes were somewhat non-existent. the consumer allowed the brakes to cool off so he could proceed to a nearby camp site. the consumer took the rv to a repair shop. upon inspection, it was determined the rear brakes were dragging and suffered severe heat damage, which required the replacement of both calipers and pads, plus the turning of the rotors. approximately a year and a half later, when the consumer had to apply the brake in a more aggressive manner, the left front of the rv seemed to be dragging and pulling to the left. the consumer pulled over and called a towing service. the consumer stated he could smell the brakes. after the rv was hooked up to the tow truck, he observed a puddle of brake fluid by the left front wheel. the abs sensor melted and needs to be replaced. *jb .Vehicle Identification Number (VIN):5B4KP37J6X3.
