I started my car on a rainy day and the power window ...

I started my car on a rainy day and the power window was not working,wipers not working and a/c blower not working. I cheched the FUSES they are all GOOD. I remove the fuses for power window and wipers and noticed there is no electrical power going to the FUSE BOX.What could be wrong is there any relays or what???
