1991 Geo Storm GSI starts, runs a few minutes until idle ...

1991 Geo Storm GSI starts, runs a few minutes until idle settles down to 950-1000 rpm, then dies and won't restart. I replaced bad spark plug wires and ignition coil. Runs smoother, but dies in same fashion, won't restart. Getting good fir. Is it the MAF, fuel pump, other, etc...?
