THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL DEPRESSED, THE BRAKE PEDAL PROCEEDED TO DECLINE AND BECAME STUCK TO THE FLOORBOARD. THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROLL FORWARD AND CRASHED INTO THE REAR BUMPER OF A SEMI-TRUCK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE CONTACT DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY INJURIES.
