| I HAVE A DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT LOCK THAT CLICKS ALL THE TIME AND CREATES A HAZARD WHEN DRIVING. THE NOISE IS EXCESSIVE AND CAN DISTRACT A DRIVER FROM THE ROAD, THINKING THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG.
