POWER STEERING LOSS WHILE MOVING. TWO OCCURRENCES: AT 35-40MPH AND AT 25-30MPH. TOTAL LOSS OF POWER STEERING. ENGINE MUST BE SHUT OFF AND RESTARTED TO REGAIN FUNCTION. WHILE THERE IS A CURRENT RECALL ON 2005-10 CHEVROLET COBALTS AND 2007-10 PONTIAC G5S, N.H.T.S.A. YOU FAIL TO FOLLOW THOUGH WITH SATURN. GM HAS ISSUED A LETTER STATING THAT IONS, TOO, WERE AFFECTED. *TR
