AFTER TAKING THE VEHICLE IN FOR THE REPAIRS, THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED HIM THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS THEN CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE.
