| WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE 25 MPH THE HOOD LATCHES DID NOT WORK OR DID NOT SECURE HOOD, CAUSING HOOD TO BLOW UP, SLAMMING TO WINDSHIELD AND CRACKING WINDSHIELD GLASS.
