| TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 PONTIAC SOLSTICE. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 55 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, HE DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL TO DISENGAGE THE CRUISE CONTROL.
