| PURCHASED NEW 2007 PONTIAC SOLSTICE 11/06. 3/12 DRIVING WEST BOUND AND TRUNK FLIES OPEN - NO WARNING LIGHT ON DASHBOARD. TOOK CAR TO DEALERSHIP ON 3/13 FOR AN ACCESSORY TO BE INSTALLED. DEALERSHIP CALLED ON 3/14 AND SAID TRUNK WAS BENT, SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED. WAS NOT THE CASE WHEN I TURNED IN THE CAR ON 3/13. PLAYED PHONE TAG THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK. DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME ON 3/19 THAT THE TRUNK OPENING AND DAMAGE TO TRUNK WAS MY FAULT AND THEY WILL NOT FIX UNDER WARRANTY, CONTACT INSURANCE COMPANY. CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED AS OF 3/21. *AK | |
