VEHICLE WAS PARKED ON AN APPROXIMATE 30 DEGREE INCLINE WHEN IT ROLLED DOWN THE PAVED SURFACE AND STRUCK A CONRETE CURB. THIS OCCURRED AFTER THE REAR BRAKE CALIPERS AND EMERGENCY/PARKING BRAKE CABLE HAD BEEN REPLACED AND ADJUSTED SUBSEQUENT TO AN EARLIER INCIDENT.
