TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 PONTIAC SOLSTICE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING IN WEATHER OVER 90 DEGREES FOR MORE 30 MINUTES, AN OVERPOWERING GASOLINE ODOR WAS PRESENT INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUFFERED DIZZINESS AND NAUSEA BECAUSE OF THE ODOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CARBON FILTER WAS REPLACED BUT THE FAILURE WAS NOT REMEDIED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES TO REPAIR THE DEFECT BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE MANUFACTURER REQUESTED TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE FROM THE CONTACT BECAUSE THE DEFECT WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. THE CONTACT REFUSED THE OFFER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3000.
