TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 PONTIAC GTO. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE VEHICLE VEERED FROM SIDE TO SIDE AND BEGAN SHAKING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE INSPECTED AND THEY DISCOVERED A FAILED STRIP IN THE FRONT PASSENGER STRUT. THE FAILURE AFFECTED THE ALIGNMENT AND THE WHEELS, INCLUDING THE TIRES. IN ADDITION, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS WORN DOWN TO THE STEEL BELT. THE CONTACT WANTED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,700.
