VEHICLE HAS BEEN UN-DRIVABLE FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. NO LOANER WAS EVEN OFFERED UNTIL REPAIRS COULD BE MADE AND I CONTINUE TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON A $33K VEHICLE. *JB | |
