DT: 2004 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IN FEBRUARY 2005. WHILE TRYING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN THE CAR WOULD NOT STOP. THE CAR SEEMED TO MOVE FASTER EVEN THOUGH THE CONSUMER WAS APPLYING THE BRAKES. THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A RECALL LETTER AND THE CONSUMER BELIEVED THE RECALL CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT. *JB
