VEHICLE HAD A DESIGN FLAW IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL CLEAR PLASTIC COVER. *BF IN DAYLIGHT THERE IS A BRIGHT SEMI CIRCULAR REFLECTION IN EACH CORNER. THE SUN GLARES DIRECTLY OFF THE PLASTIC INTO THE DRIVER'S EYES CAUSING A SUDDEN DISTRACTION.
