SEAT BELTS ARE DESIGNED TO ENGAGE ONLY DURING PANIC STOPPING INSTANCES, CONSUMER WAS REAR ENDED ON TWO OCCASIONS AND SEAT BELTS DID NOT ENGAGE CAUSING INJURIES FROM HITTING HEAD ON ROOF OF THE VEHICLE AND SLIDING UNDER THE DASHBOARD ON ANOTHER OCCASION. MJS
