TL*THE CONTACT STATED HE WAS A FIRE INVESTIGATOR AND WITNESSED A 2000 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX ON FIRE. THE CONTACT STATED HE WITNESSED THE OWNER PARK THE VEHICLE AND THIRTY MINUTES LATER, THE VEHICLE WAS ON FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND A REPORT WAS FILED.
