NHTSA 04V528000 ON THE FMVSSS 124 ACCELERATOR PEDAL ARM. THE DEALER REFUSED TO REPLACED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL. THE MECHANIC CLAIMS THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS NOT DEFECTIVE. THE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL STICKS IN WARM WEATHER ONLY. *JB
