Pontiac Grand Am Suspension Safety Report | June 10, 2008

Reported on June 10, 2008

1999 PONTIAC GRAND AM COIL SPRINGS BREAK WITHOUT WARNING OR CAUSE. I HAVE 2 OF THESE CARS, AND BOTH HAVE HAD FRONT AND READ COIL SPRINGS BREAK WITHOUT CAUSE. I SEE THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE NHTSA SINCE THIS WAS INVESTIGATED IN 2004. I REQUEST A NEW INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED DUE TO NUMEROUS NEW COMPLAINTS, AND THE FACT THAT MOST PEOPLE WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO REPORT CASES, AND THERE ARE MANY OF THE VEHICLES ON THE ROAD BEING DRIVEN WITH THIS DANGER EXISTING. *TR
