WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT 55 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL SUDDENLY SNAPPED UPWARD, AS IF HITTING THE TILT LEVER TO GET OUT OF THE CAR, ALMOST CAUSING AN ACCIDENT. NOW THE TILT LEVER IS NOT FUNCTIONING AT ALL AND WHEEL IS LOCKED IN THE UPWARD POSITION. | |
