| DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN REVERSE AT LOW SPEED, THERE WAS A LOSS OF ALL STEERING. THE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY PLACED THE VEHICLE IN PARK. AFTER INITIAL INSPECTION BY THE CONTACT, IT WAS DETERMINED THE STEERING RACK AND PINION FRACTURED. THE DEALER WAS ALERTED. | |
