GOING AROUND A CORNER WITH THE STEERING WHEEL IN THE MIDDLE POSITION, THE TILT FAILED. THIS CAUSED THE STEERING WHEEL TO MOVE UP AND DOWN FREELY TO THE POINT STEERING WAS VERY DIFFICULT.
