CONSUMER PLACED KEY IN THE IGNITION SWITCH AND VEHICLE FAILED TO START. A THEFT DEVICE LIGHT APPEARED ON THE DASHBOARD AND REMAINED ON. CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC REPLACED KEY CYLINDER LOCK DUE TO A SECURITY CODE. *AK
