HAD NEW FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS PUT ON CAR WITH UNDER 16,000 MILES ON IT. SOMETIMES BRAKES VIBRATE AND MAKE NOISE. CALLED DEALER AND WAS TOLD BRAKES WERE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE IT'S NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR UNLESS THERE WAS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM. *AK
