THE CONTACT LOCATED A RECALL FOR THE FAILURE (NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 03V327000- EXTERIOR LIGHTING: HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS: SWITCH) BUT WAS INFORMED BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT HER VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED.
