TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 PONTIAC GRAND AM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH THE ANTI-THEFT WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER REPLACED THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE DEFECT CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED.
