TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 PONTIAC GRAND AM. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH THE CONTACT DROVE OVER A MANHOLE COVER ,CAUSING THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG TO DEPLOY. THE AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT WAS NOT ILLUMINATING PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT. THE INSURANCE COMPANY DEEMED THE VEHICLE TOTALED SINCE THE AIRBAG DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT COULD PROVIDE A COPY OF POLICE REPORT AND PHOTOS. *AK
