THIS VEHICLE WAS IN A FRONT END COLLITON, STRIKING A TREE HEAD ON AT APROX. 20MPH. THE DRIVERS SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. RESULTING IN HEAD INJURYS, AND FACIAL CONTUSIONS AND LACERATIONS TO DRIVER. UNFORUNATELY, THE DRIVER (MYSELF), WAS NOT WEARING A SEAT BELT.
