TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 PONTIAC G8. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOWER CONTROL ARM BALL JOINTS HAVE FAILED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE VEHICLE. THE LEFT SIDE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED AND HAVE FAILED AGAIN ALONG WITH THE RIGHT SIDE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR HIS VIN AND HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS A TOTAL FAILURE AND TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO BE REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
