| THE BRAKE LIGHTS STAY ON WITHOUT THE BRAKE PEDAL BEING PUSHED ON. WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS PUSHED, THE BRAKE LIGHTS TURN OFF AND OTHER DRIVERS DO NOT KNOW THAT I AM SLOWING DOWN.
