| TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 PONTIAC G6. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE AIR BAG WAS NOT ACTIVATED. THROUGH ONLINE RESEARCH, HE DISCOVERED NHTSA RECALL NUMBER 06V417000 (AIR BAGS:FRONTAL). HE CALLED GM AND THEY STATED THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE CONTACT BELIEVES THAT HIS VEHICLE SHOULD BE INCLUDED SINCE HE IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME FAILURE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 14,446 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,405. | |
