TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PONTIAC G5. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION HE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, WHICH SOMETIMES DRAINED THE BATTERY. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE, BUT OFFERED NO ASSITANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 46,486. | |
