TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAVING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE, SHE WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE UNDER BODY CARRIAGE WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE UNDER CARRIAGE WAS WELDED TOGETHER INSTEAD OF REPLACED, WHICH HE ADVISED WAS AN EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD.
