TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE. WHILE DRIVING, THE FRONT SEAT BELTS FAILED TO ENGAGE WHEN HE STOPPED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED IN THAT FASHION. THE DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THE SEAT BELTS ENGAGED WHEN THEY DROVE THE VEHICLE AT 10 MPH. THE DEALER DID NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
