Nissan Murano Visibility Safety Report | May 02, 2013
Reported on May 02, 2013
THE DRIVER SIDE SUN VISOR DOES NOT STAY UP. IT KEEPS FALLING. I HAVE SPOKEN TO NISSAN AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT A WARRANTY ITEM. I HAVE SEARCHED THE NISSAN FORUMS AND READ WHERE ONE NISSAN MECHANIC, (METRO273) SAID THAT THIS IS A FAULTY PROBLEM WITH THE SUN VISOR AND HE HAS REPAIRED MANY. TO MY POINT THIS PRESENTS A HAZARD FOR THE DRIVER BECAUSE IF THE CAR IS IN MOTION AND THIS THING FALLS DOWN, THE DRIVER HAS TO MAKE A SPLIT DECISION BY TAKING HIS EYES OFF THE ROAD TO REMOVE THE OBSTACLE THAT IS BLOCKING HIS OR HER VIEW. NISSAN SHOULD WARRANTY THIS ITEM AND REPLACE IT FOR FREE. *TR | |
