Nissan Murano Seats Safety Report | July 01, 2013

Reported on July 01, 2013

I WAS ROUNDING A CURVE IN THE ROAD GOING ABOUT 25 MPH AND MY SEAT TRACK BROKE! I KNOW THIS IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE VIA INTERNET RESEARCH. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD! IF I WERE TO BE IN AN ACCIDENT, MY SEAT WOULD FAIL COMPLETELY AND I'D BE BADLY INJURED OR AT WORST HURLED THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD!! THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL!!!! FURTHERMORE, I CANNOT AFFORD TO FIX THE ISSUE. THE DEALERSHIP HAS QUOTED ME OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS!! ARE YOU GOING TO WAIT FOR A GRAPHIC DEATH BEFORE YOU FIX THIS ISSUE. IF YOU GOOGLE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS, I'M SURE YOU'LL SEE IT CONSTITUTES A RECALL! *TR
