| I CLIMBED INTO MY VEHICLE (1003 NISSAN MURANO) AFTER WORK. AS SOON AS I SAT DOWN I HEARD A LOUD METALLIC POP AND THE SEAT SANK DOWN ON THE LEFT SIDE.
