WHILE DRIVING, THE DRIVER SEAT SUDDENLY BROKE LOOSE, STARTLING THE DRIVER BUT THANKFULLY KEPT THE VEHICLE UNDER CONTROL. UPON INSPECTION NOTICED THE REAR OUT SIDE METAL BRACKET IS CRACKED IN HALF AT TWO PLACES. SEAT IS NOT SECURE AND UNSAFE TO DRIVE. APPARENTLY THERE ARE MANY KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS. ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PREVENT ANY DEATHS, NOT AFTER DEATHS OCCUR. COMMON SENSE SHOULD PREVAIL HERE AND RECOGNIZE THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW THAT IS A SERIOUS THREAT TO DRIVERS, PASSENGERS OTHER MOTORISTS, AND PEDESTRIANS. *TR
