I RECEIVED A NOTICE BY MAIL ABOUT A RECALL ON MY RODEO, AND THE COMPANY HAD IT TOWED TO A DEALERSHIP IN KNOXVILLE SOME TIME IN AUGUST, A MONTH LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DEALERSHIP SAYING THEY SENT THE PHOTOS & VIDEOS TO THE COMPANY AND WE SHOULD HEAR FROM THEM SOON. IT IS NOW NEARING THE END OF OCTOBER, I CALLED THE COMPANY TODAY, & THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PHOTOS. I'M NOT SURE WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG, I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR 4 MONTHS NOW, SINCE THE RODEO'S AXLE FELL APART 2 MONTHS BEFORE IT WAS EVEN TOWED. THE RECALL LETTER SAYS IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE APPROXIMATELY 90 MIN., OR 3-10 HOURS TO FIX WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE AXLE'S OR THEY WILL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE REMEDY. I FEEL THAT MORE THAN 2 MONTHS OF DETERMINING WHAT TO DO WITH THIS VEHICLE IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WHETHER I WILL BE GETTING THIS VEHICLE BACK FIXED, OR WHETHER I NEED TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE. *TR
