Isuzu Rodeo Power Train Automatic Transmission Safety Report | Mar 02, 2007

Reported on Mar 02, 2007

MY 2002 RODEO THAT WAS PURCHASED MAY 13, 2003 HAS JUST BEEN TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AS THE TRANSMISSION HAS GONE OUT AT 32,600 MILES. DEALERSHIP CALLED & SAID THERE WOULD BE A PROBLEM WITH THE POWERTRAIN WARRANTY AS I WAS NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE VEHICLE. I TOLD HIM - YES I AM & THAT I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE FROM THEM BRAND NEW. I HAD JUST HAD MY 30,000 MILE CHECK UP DONE ON OCTOBER 30, 2006. AT 30,000 MILES HAD TO HAVE THE TIRES REPLACED. PREVIOUSLY HAVE HAD VEHICLE IN THE SHOP FOR SENSOR PROBLEMS & OTHERS THAT I CANNOT THINK OF RIGHT NOW. *JB
